What Works Where is a research initiative we have launched looking into other successful town centres to learn what might work best for Sandgate.
What Works Where will explore where town centres have successfully combined densification or renewal with the preservation of historic character and a genuine village feel. What did they do? How did they do it? And what can Sandgate learn from them?
We are looking at places that have actually navigated this balance, in Brisbane and beyond.
