Next renewal opportunity identified to deliver more homes sooner

The Lord Mayor promises to "work with the community to strike the right balance and protect Sandgate’s bayside character", and cites "the successful renewal of areas such as West End, Teneriffe and New Farm". Let's hold him to account for this promise and point out that these other areas actually haven't erased the history of their main street.
